PANEL FABRICATION

We fabricate control panels in house following strict ASME and AWS standards. This allows us to customize panels and programming to your application, plant standards, area classification and instrumentation requirements. Our in-house panel shop ensures high quality fabrication that matches your programming and controls requirements.

Basic panel features include:

Factory ready enclosures properly rated for Class 1, Div 1; Class 1, Div 2; Class 2, Div 2; etc.
Programmed controllers with optional HMI and SCADA integrations
E-stop safety buttons
Wire and terminal labels, with plant specific wire color schemes
Full documentation, including: parts lists, electrical schematics, drawings, and manuals
Fully FAT and SAT tested

Testing

We extensively test all panels before they leave our facility. Every panel must demonstrate precise function, correct controls responses, and component efficiency before shipping. Other testing we do includes:

Fully Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)
SAT (Site Acceptance Testing) upon arrival
Voltage and grounding regulatory testing, including power voltage testing, verifying all voltages are below 80 VAC and up to 50HZ
Arc flash safety testing

All panels are built to and must demonstrate adherence during testing to the following electrical standards:
